Our "Jersey Fresh" Burrata is crafted with fresh pasteurized jersey cow milk, rennet, salt, and heavy cream. This results in a cheese with a supple outer shell that protects a creamy, smooth inside that will melt in your mouth. The filling is made of "Stracciatella". Tiny strips of our mozzarella are mixed with a rich heavy cream we import from Italy.
